Many of you have asked when beef will be available again following our pause this spring to retool the farm.

We are excited to share that we expect beef to be available beginning in December 2026 and January 2027. We also anticipate opening our online store for deposits within the next 2-4 weeks, and our goal is to provide a consistent supply of beef throughout 2027.

Thank you for your patience as we have revitalized the farm with new cattle genetics and significant infrastructure improvements. These investments reflect our commitment to providing trusted, locally raised beef of exceptional quality, backed by responsible stewardship and the highest standards of animal health and welfare.
